MBA Full Form is Master of Business Administration. A typical MBA program is a two-year Post Graduate Program which follows a bachelor’s degree. An integrated MBA is essentially a 5 yr (Undergrad + post-Grad) program. After completing 5 yrs. you have an MBA. Therefore, when you join the workforce, you would be about the same age as a person who has done a graduation (3 yrs.) and then completed an MBA (2 yrs.). While this is not a direct after 12th MBA program, it’s also good to know that there are several students who complete a shorter diploma/U.G. program and then transfer into an online MBA program. Additionally, there are a number of UGC recognized universities that provide this type of program.

IPMAT is the most competitive of these — it assesses quantitative ability and verbal ability, and the cut-off at IIM Indore is quite high. If you are targeting IIM Indore’s 5-year IPM program, start preparing for Class 11 itself.

JIPMAT is comparatively newer and gives access to IIM Jammu and IIM Bodhgaya’s integrated program with good alternatives if IPMAT does not go as planned.
