Publication Ethics
Aimlay supports responsible publication-readiness guidance, including manuscript formatting, journal selection guidance, author guideline review, response-to-reviewer preparation guidance, and editorial improvement of learner-authored manuscripts.
Aimlay does not guarantee publication acceptance. Final publication decisions rest solely with the journal, publisher, editorial board, peer reviewers, indexing body, or relevant authority.
Learners and authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscript complies with applicable publication ethics, authorship requirements, disclosure obligations, conflict-of-interest norms, and research-integrity standards.
Institutional Rules Take Priority
Aimlay respects the academic-integrity policies of universities, institutions, journals, regulators, and awarding bodies.
Where an institution’s rules are stricter than Aimlay’s general service scope, the institution’s rules will take priority.
Learners must not use Aimlay’s services in any way that conflicts with their institution’s academic-integrity policy, assessment rules, authorship rules, research ethics requirements, or submission guidelines.
Inquiry and Service Confirmation
Before availing any research-related or academic-support service, learners may be required to confirm that they are seeking lawful academic support only and not third-party completion of assessed work.
Suggested lead-form confirmation line
By submitting this form, I confirm that I am seeking lawful academic support and not third-party completion of assessed work. I understand that all academic submissions must be my own work and remain subject to the rules and final evaluation of my institution.
Implementation clarification: This line is not meant to be a separate customer form by default. It should appear below relevant website lead forms, preferably near the submit button. For higher-risk academic-support forms, the same confirmation should ideally be converted into a mandatory checkbox. The phrase Academic Integrity & Acceptable Use Policy should be hyperlinked to the dedicated policy page.
