At Aimlay Pvt Ltd, we are committed to providing transparent, professional, and efficient academic support services. To ensure operational effectiveness and facilitate smooth coordination with institutions and service providers, our refund policy is governed by the following terms and conditions.
1. Statutory & Miscellaneous Deductions
Any refund processed under approved exceptional circumstances may be subject to deductions, including but not limited to:
- Applicable Government Taxes (including GST) already remitted.
- Administrative, processing, documentation, verification, and operational expenses incurred by Aimlay.
- Any third-party charges, institutional fees, or service-related costs already committed or paid.
The determination of such deductions shall remain at the sole discretion of Aimlay Pvt Ltd.
2. Token Amount Policy
Upon initiating an enrollment or registration with Aimlay Pvt Ltd, clients are required to remit a baseline token amount as per internal institutional dynamics.
The token amount serves as a formal commitment from the client to reserve a seat, secure service allocation, and initiate administrative and operational processes.
The token amount is strictly non-refundable, as it is immediately utilized to reserve project/academic bandwidth and initiate necessary preliminary arrangements in accordance with the client’s preferences.
3. Seat Booking & Registration Charges
Aimlay Pvt Ltd mandates a standard booking fee per individual seat reservation. In the event of a cancellation, modification, or program alteration initiated by the client, the following structural rules apply:
Client-Initiated Cancellation
If a client voluntarily cancels, withdraws, or discontinues their admission process, seat reservation, enrollment, or related service engagement after confirmation, all amounts paid up to that date shall be considered non-refundable.
Delay in Document Submission
Clients are responsible for providing all required academic, professional, identification, and supporting documents within the prescribed timelines.
If a delay, deficiency, or failure in document submission results in cancellation, rejection, postponement, or unavailability of the reserved seat or opportunity, all fees paid shall remain non-refundable.
Conditional Unavailability
In instances where a seat becomes unavailable due to unforeseen capacity constraints or institutional revisions, a refund might be evaluated on a net-of-operational-costs basis, subject to the condition that all client-side deliverables were completed within the stipulated timelines.
Subject to formal management approval, any sanctioned refund shall be issued after deducting all corresponding administrative, operational, processing, or third-party costs previously incurred by the organization.
4. Management Exceptions & Force Majeure
Aimlay Pvt Ltd reserves the exclusive right to review and consider refund requests arising from exceptional, unforeseen, or extraordinary circumstances.
Any exception to this policy shall be granted solely at the discretion of management, and the decision of Aimlay Pvt Ltd shall be final and binding.
5. Policy Amendments
Aimlay Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any material updates may be communicated through official company channels, including the website, email communications, or other authorized platforms.
6. Acknowledgement & Acceptance
By making any token payment, registration payment, seat booking payment, or by availing any service offered by Aimlay Pvt Ltd, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
The client further acknowledges that all refunds, if any, shall be subject to the provisions contained herein and the professional discretion of Aimlay Pvt Ltd.
