Yes, we can achieve 719/720. Many candidates have achieved this. NEET awards +4 points for each correct answer & deducts 1 point for incorrect answers. Therefore, to achieve a Score of 719, you need to get 179 correct answers & just one wrong (or blank) out of 180. Practically speaking, when students achieve such scores, they usually receive either air1 or air2.
