According to a recent study conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), it was found out by almost 1,000 hiring managers that more than 55% of the professionals with an Online MBA were as valuable as an on-campus MBA graduates making everyone reflect that the concept of Online and Offline does not vary in the real world.

MBAs are usually perceived based on some important factors. What the recruiter is looking for in an interview is not your mode of education but more on, if the university was accredited. If the institution is rigorous and well-regarded, employers do not care much about the mode. An online MBA also helps an individual in gaining skills including strong time-management, initiative and adaptability which are some of the great requirements in MBA.

In addition to all of this, it has also been seen that most of the renowned universities are now conducting online MBA programs for individuals from all over the world. And with the post-covid, there has been an increase in online MBA applications. All these factors determine how online MBAs are perceived in a good light and can be pursued by an individual who is looking forward to work in business and related sectors.
