Aimlay

General Terms and Conditions between the Parties; “AIMLAY” provides its assurance only for the below-mentioned services: 

  1. Entrance Exam—Manage in the First Stage 
  2. University Admission & Fee (University Program Fee for 3 Years) 
  3. Appointment and management of guides as per the university’s registered list, which includes his/her satisfaction with research work to get approval 
  4. Topics based on the research field (providing three to four topics with a briefing) 
  5. Approval and presentation of the synopsis—preparation, PPT, and submission 
  6. RDC meeting at the university—Research approval from the university 
  7. Coursework completion: class attendance, approval, exams, and passing out 
  8. Assignment preparation, submission, and approval 
  9. Approval and presentation of 225-page thesis research work 
  10. Article writing and publication in a National and Internationally Approved Research Journal.
  11. Seminar attendance: national and international conferences 
  12. presentation of the research thesis. 
  13. Printouts (the thesis, synopsis, summary, assignment, and plagiarism report). 
  14. Thesis evaluation based on external examination (out of 8 examinations) 
  15. Viva — A university voice date. 
  16. Research thesis presentation and viva voce—voice by the university—research approval and completion 
  • “AIMLAY” provides the timely completion of the PhD program as per the time agreed upon during the signing of the MOU and not before that and as per the university policies. AIMLAY shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations where such performance is delayed or prevented by any cause beyond AIMLAY’s control, including any delay due to regulatory authorities like the University, UGC/HRD, etc., acts of God, fire, public enemy, earthquake, explosion, weather, disease, war, fire, strikes, insurrection, epidemic, pandemic, terrorism, civil strife, riots, government action, or power failure. In this case, certain obligations may be affected under this contract (i.e., the time period of the contract, the cost of this contract, the expiration date of this contract, or similar types of challenges). 
  • “AIMLAY” will also provide you with the necessary education and details on the work done whenever necessary by the client. 
  • The above consultancy service’s research work is according to the university’s guidelines and standards; if the candidate has any specific or additional requirements, it impacts time and cost. Extra charges will be quoted and applied based on the needs. 
  • AIMLAY will provide such documents, which are usually provided by the university. If any type of document is not provided by the university, AIMLAY will not be responsible for it. 
  • AIMLAY provides the “research work” as per the standard of the university and according to the quoted cost. If the candidate requires any “additional standard” in the research work that is beyond the standard of the university, then the candidate needs to pay extra for the said research work as per the norms of AIMLAY. 
  • The above terms and conditions are not exhaustive of any changes or policies proposed by the UGC or the University in the coming years. 
  • If there is any delay or negligence on the candidate’s part to perform his or her obligations, it will impact the time period, service cost, and any charges imposed by the university. 
  • AIMLAY is not responsible for any documents provided by the customer. If any issue arises in respect of the documents’ genuineness or authenticity, the client shall solely be responsible for the same, and if any financial liability occurs, it will be borne by the client. 
  • In the event of a year/s extension due to the candidate’s delay and negligence, the candidate must pay the university’s annual extension fee as well as AIMLAY’s additional service charges, which may be Rs. 50,000 or more depending on the circumstances. 
  • At the time of the transaction of payments, the client must describe the payment details regarding the services; no other description of payments can be considered by the AIMLAY (i.e., rent paid to the AIMLAY, etc.). In cases of ignorance, AIMLAY can refund the amount through NEFT, RTGS,  UPI, or any other suitable mode of payment to the client. 
  • In no event shall the “Aimlay” be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, special, enhanced, or punitive damages. IN ALL CASES RELATED TO OUR SERVICES, THE “AIMLAY” SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ONLY HALF OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. 
  • Both parties agreed that in the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services, the same shall be referred for settlement to a sole arbitrator to be appointed in Rohini, New Delhi, by the AIMLAY under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“Arbitration Act“). In relation to the terms of our services and any legal action or proceedings arising out of our services, each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rohini, New Delhi, as mutually agreed, regardless of the cause and place of action. 
  • The parties hereby agree that the obligations of each party shall be several and not joint, and neither party shall be liable or responsible for the acts of the other party.
  • The token amount which was paid by client as the Token amount/ seat booking charges are non-refundable on every services.
  • The client has read and accepted all the terms and conditions before making the payment to AIMLAY. 

“AIMLAY” Follows Through on Confidentiality Agreement 

  1. All written and oral information and materials disclosed or provided by “AIMLAY” to the Recipients under this Agreement constitute confidential information. 
  2. Confidential Information means all data and information relating to the service offered by “AIMLAY” as well as all data and information provided by the customer, including but not limited to the following: customer information, which includes names of customers of “AIMLAY,”  their representatives, all customer contact information, contracts and their contents and parties, customer services, data provided by customers, and the type, quantity, and specifications of products and services purchased, leased, licensed, or received by customers of “AIMLAY.” 
  3. The confidential information will remain the exclusive property of “AIMLAY” and will only be used by the recipient for the permitted purpose. The recipient will not use the confidential information for any purpose that might be directly or indirectly detrimental to “AIMLAY” or any associated affiliates or subsidiaries. 

“AIMLAY” ensures 90% plagiarism-free content delivery for all write-up work through Turnitin software for all the research and writing services subjected to the opted service category mentioned as per the proposal or invoice. 

Review Policy: 

  1. We promise to provide a review of the delivered research work as per the proposal or invoice and ensure that the work is modified according to your requirements. Reviews will be calculated as per the proposal or invoice. 
  2. The number of reviews is entitled to the customer; however, if the customer requires more reviews, then the customer has to share the “comments” with AIMLAY, and these extra reviews will be chargeable. 
  3. If the paper’s or research paper’s word count is changed, altered, or added by more than 10% of the total word count as agreed between the parties, then the client shall separately pay for the changes, alterations, or additions.  

 

Time Period: 

  1. The work period shall be calculated after receiving the first input or feedback from the customer. 
  2. If the customer does not provide the inputs on time, it will cost according to AIMLAY standards, as the workmen may be assigned to other project if the customer does not provide inputs on time. 
  3. The dates given in the proposal shall include only the working days; holidays mentioned in the official Gazette of India or national holidays shall not be counted in the working days. 
  4. For research work, the customer has to provide us with his or her feedback within thirty days after the delivery of the work or draft. In case the customer fails to provide us with any response or feedback within the stipulated time period, then it will be considered that the work or draft is accepted by the customer. Furthermore, AIMLAY may, at its sole discretion, extend the stipulated period to fifteen days. No more grace periods shall be allowed under any circumstances. 
  5. Once the client has given approval for work, the changes cannot be made again. in case the client needs rework and/or changes to the approved work. He must pay an additional fee for the aforementioned work. 

 

Payment and Service Delivery: 

  1. We agreed to accept the payment in multiple slots as per the proposal/invoice; against each transaction, “AIMLAY” has to provide the receipt of payment. 
  2. The customer must pay the advance amount in order to begin the agreed-upon work as per the proposal or invoice. 
  3. The client may be asked to donate the remaining dues amount to the trust for the welfare of society and betterment of education system.
  4. The customer has to provide feedback on the delivered piece of research work. If he or she provides positive consent towards the delivered work, then the customer has to make the payment for the next level as per the proposal or invoice. Once payment is credited to the AIMLAY account, then “AIMLAY” has to start working on the next agreed-upon piece of research work. 
  5. The final work delivery will be done once the customer clears all the due payments. 
  6. The company shall only be liable to initiate work after receiving 45% of the total amount. The contract shall be executed on the day the company receives 45% of the total amount. (Only applicable for orders of Rs. 1 lakh or more.) 

 

Refund Policy: We recommend that customers receive a full refund on research and writing services if they meet the requirements of the “AIMLAY” return policy, which are as follows: 

  1. If the customer has given his approval to the delivered research work but his/her supervisor has reservations about approving it, the commercial will not be reverted or refunded. 
  2. Any other applicable/miscellaneous/operational deductions while processing refund shall be subject to the sole discretion of AIMLAY.
  3. If our team is not able to meet your expectations, which are shared on the proposal or invoice as per specification, words, and time, please write us at help@aimlay.com and specify the exact concern. In such cases, the delivered written work will be accessed by the “AIMLAY” team to identify the relevant category of the same. “AIMLAY” will decide and refund the money based on the category determined by the word count after deducting operations costs at its sole discretion. 
  4. If “AIMLAY” requires more time, then we will take your concern prior to delivery on or before the date mentioned on the proposal to get the extension for other specific days. 
  5. If timelines are affected due to any pandemic, natural disaster, or Act of God, it will not be considered a reason for any compensation, and the proposal will be in effect with the revised delivery date. 
  6. where “AIMLAY” has already paid the GST to the concerned authority, in such a case, “AIMLAY” shall not be liable to return the GST to the client. 
  7. For any hypothetical work, no claim of rework or refund shall be entertained with respect to the Result and Method section. 
  8. If the client decides to cancel the services due to “Personal Reasons,” “AIMLAY” shall not be liable for any reimbursement/refunds.

Express Delivery: 

  1. The client has to pay 100% in advance in terms of express delivery. 
  2. The review will be considered after the completion of delivery; amendments, corrections, and reviews may affect the time period for delivery of work. 
  3. The other terms and conditions will be as applicable. 

If the customer has taken services that are below the standard of AIMLAY’s category suggestions and the university’s NAAC rating by UGC, this is annexed as “Annexure A.”AIMLAY will not be responsible for any rejection and/or correction of the services availed by the customer. The corrections will be charged extra as per AIMLAY’s norms. 

Additional cost: 

  1. The customer should verify the services availed at the time of acceptance of the proposal. AIMLAY shall only be responsible for providing the services mentioned in the proposal; no additional services will be provided by AIMLAY without additional cost. 
  2. The limit of “word/unit” beyond the agreed terms will also be charged as per AIMLAY’s norms. 
  3. Once the communication of input (including any number of points) by the client to our team is considered “absolute input, “Absolute Input” and, no changes shall be acceptable. If the client changes the absolute input communicated to our team, it will “cost extra” and/or be considered a “separate review.” 

During this period, customers will provide their full support to finish the work. If there is any delay on the customer’s side, the company shall not be liable for any losses or claims, and the customer shall not be entitled to claim a refund. 

Governing Law: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to an arbitrator appointed by AIMLAY. The arbitration will be held in Rohini. The language of the arbitration shall be English. 

  

The client has read and accepted all the terms and conditions before making the payment to AIMLAY. 

Book Publication  

The author of the book hereby agrees to the following terms: 

  1. The author is submitting the manuscript of the book(s) to Aimlay for the purposes of approval, printing, distribution, and promotion. 
  2. Aimlay will conduct peer review of the proposed material with its experts for further publication. 
  3. The author assures that his or her work is original and has not been used in any other literature written by someone else. In case the book is found to be plagiarized, Aimlay will have the right to withdraw the book at any time. The authors assure that their book is not related to the following exceptions:
    1. Plagiarized or copied content 
    2. Anti-government content 
    3. Allegations for organizations and communities 
  4. The author will be able to make changes to his or her book until he or she has approved it to be published. 
  5. The author must carefully check the final proofs before approving them for publication. 
  6. If the author wants changes in the book after it is printed, additional charges will be applicable. 
  7. Minor changes are allowed on the cover design, and the cover design is made from the suggestions if they were initially sent by the author. 
  8. The author can also separately promote and advertise the book to increase sales. 

Article Publication 

  1. The present submission is made only to this journal and has not been submitted elsewhere. 
  2. This manuscript includes no material drawn from other published or copyrighted sources. 
  3. Proper acknowledgement and citation are made. 
  4. Take full responsibility for any errors or omissions. 
  5. I fully understand that any false submissions could render the relationship with us void at any point of the review process. 
  6. Undertake not to submit the script elsewhere, whether in India or abroad. 

Author’s Responsibilities 

  1. The author(s) are fully responsible for providing authentic information and taking the best possible care of copyright matters.
  2. The author(s) should obtain due permission before directly reusing third-party data, if any, in their manuscript. 
  3. Corrections on the proof should be minimal and normally restricted to printer’s errors. No change in the names of the authors is permissible at the proof stage. If there are valid reasons, please share them with the editor. 
  4. The author has perused and acknowledges the contents of the terms and conditions.

Publication Charges  

  1. Charges: The author(s) agree to pay a processing and publication fee. The total page charges, to be paid by the concerned author(s), will be notified by Aimlay.
  2. Reprints: The corresponding author will receive a PDF of the published paper via email. 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

In case any dispute arises between the parties in respect of the services as mentioned herein, the Rohini Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain the said suits or proceedings.

Disclaimer – 

 

  1. The author is solely responsible for anything related to cloning, replication, fakes, and determining the authenticity and legitimacy of the Journal. Aimlay is not responsible for any of these issues under any circumstances.

Note: The author is responsible for independently verifying the details of the Journal and duly acknowledging its authenticity.

  1. All indexing databases, including but not limited to SCOPUS, UGC CARE, PUBMED, WOS, SCI, ADBC, etc., are external entities governed by distinct regulations and authoritative frameworks. Aimlay role involves facilitating publication in alignment with the author’s specifications; however, Aimlay do not offer a commitment or assurance regarding the indexing of the manuscript in the databases. Author should prior intimate the company for specified database indexing in advance for appropriate evaluation.

Note: Additional fees will be incurred for the specific indexing of the manuscript within the database, as outlined.

 

  1. Various database that index the journal, Such as SCOPUS, UGC CARE, PUBMED, WOS, SCI, ADBC and Others, are separate National and International and Authoritarian third party entities with their own constitutional rules and regulations. Aimlay cannot provide any assurance for the time frame stated in the work order, and the actual duration might be shorter or longer than initially stated. As a result, whether or not to use the services depends entirely on the author’s choice.
  1. All commitments offered are depends on third party & previous experiences with them, it may vary in future as per circumstances. In case of any changes, we might have to switch your journal publication which can change publication time & fee charges.  
  2. For, UGC Care Print Journals, We have done the verification on UGC Care website about the journals but as print journals has no proper online database, its sole ownership of client to verify the authenticity before proceeding for Publication.  Additional Formatting charges @ ₹100.  
  1. No inquiries or concerns shall be entertained subsequent to the journal’s publication, once a period of 90 days has transpired from the publication date.
  2. The client may be asked to donate the remaining dues amount to the trust for the welfare of society and betterment of education system
  3. Once the publication process is initiated, we are not liable for refunds or other changes subject to other journal-related matters.

Package for biography divide in four categories:  

 

Basic package: Biography of 15-20 pages (2800 Words) (EXTRA CHARGES APPLICABLE AS PER CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT).  

Legacy package: Biography of 80-90 pages (14500 Words) and videography of five minutes (EXTRA CHARGES APPLICABLE AS PER CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT).  

Hero package: Biography of 80-90 pages (14500 Words), videography of five minutes and Honorary Doctorate (EXTRA CHARGES APPLICABLE AS PER CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT).  

Mega Star package: Biography of 80-90 pages (14500 Words), videography of five minutes, Honorary Doctorate and 6 minutes interview arranged on selected national news channel (EXTRA CHARGES APPLICABLE AS PER CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT).  

 

Price mentioned is exclusive of all taxes.  

Quotation valid for seven (7) days only.  

3 reviews available. If any candidate seeks more reviews, then extra charges would be applicable.  

Time duration varies according to different packages of biography.  

Lifography to be completed before the initiation of videography.  

Full draft of videography to be shared with the customer for approval.  

ADD-ON  

Add-ons will available as per the agreement proposal.  

 

PAYMENT TERMS 

The payment will be in 2 instalments as follows: – 

  • Minimum 50% of the payment for the initiation of the proposal will be in advance. 
  • The remaining payment of 50% will be paid after the completion of half the stipulated period and/or half of work as mentioned in the proposal.  

APPROVAL   

First draft to be shared with the client during the project of the lifogarphy post 25% completion of total project and Second draft to be shared after completion of 50% of total project.  

Upon the approval of the customer, no review can be used for previous work.  

Upon approval of complete project, the final copy to be shared with the customer with cover and complete formatting.  

DISPUTE RESOLUTION  

In case any dispute arises between the Parties in respect of the services as mentioned herein, the Rohini Courts, New Delhi shall have the exclusive Jurisdiction to entertain the said suits or proceedings.

  • “AIMLAY” provides the timely completion of the PhD program as per the time agreed upon during the signing of the MOU and not before that and as per the university policies. AIMLAY shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations where such performance is delayed or prevented by any cause beyond AIMLAY’s control, including any delay due to regulatory authorities like the University, UGC/HRD, etc., acts of God, fire, public enemy, earthquake, explosion, weather, disease, war, fire, strikes, insurrection, epidemic, pandemic, terrorism, civil strife, riots, government action, or power failure. In this case, certain obligations may be affected under this contract (i.e., the time period of the contract, the cost of this contract, the expiration date of this contract, or similar types of challenges). 
  • “AIMLAY” will also provide you with the necessary education and details on the work done whenever necessary by the client. 
  • The above consultancy service’s research work is according to the university’s guidelines and standards; if the candidate has any specific or additional requirements, it impacts time and cost. Extra charges will be quoted and applied based on the needs. 
  • AIMLAY will provide such documents, which are usually provided by the university. If any type of document is not provided by the university, AIMLAY will not be responsible for it. 
  • AIMLAY provides the “research work” as per the standard of the university and according to the quoted cost. If the candidate requires any “additional standard” in the research work that is beyond the standard of the university, then the candidate needs to pay extra for the said research work as per the norms of AIMLAY. 
  • The above terms and conditions are not exhaustive of any changes or policies proposed by the UGC or the University in the coming years. 
  • If there is any delay or negligence on the candidate’s part to perform his or her obligations, it will impact the time period, service cost, and any charges imposed by the university. 
  • AIMLAY is not responsible for any documents provided by the customer. If any issue arises in respect of the documents’ genuineness or authenticity, the client shall solely be responsible for the same, and if any financial liability occurs, it will be borne by the client. 
  • In the event of a year/s extension due to the candidate’s delay and negligence, the candidate must pay the university’s annual extension fee as well as AIMLAY’s additional service charges, which may be Rs. 50,000 or more depending on the circumstances. 
  • At the time of the transaction of payments, the client must describe the payment details regarding the services; no other description of payments can be considered by the AIMLAY (i.e., rent paid to the AIMLAY, etc.). In cases of ignorance, AIMLAY can refund the amount through NEFT, RTGS,  UPI, or any other suitable mode of payment to the client. 
  • In no event shall the “Aimlay” be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, special, enhanced, or punitive damages. IN ALL CASES RELATED TO OUR SERVICES, THE “AIMLAY” SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ONLY HALF OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. 
  • Both parties agreed that in the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services, the same shall be referred for settlement to a sole arbitrator to be appointed in Rohini, New Delhi, by the AIMLAY under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“Arbitration Act“). In relation to the terms of our services and any legal action or proceedings arising out of our services, each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rohini, New Delhi, as mutually agreed, regardless of the cause and place of action. 
  • The parties hereby agree that the obligations of each party shall be several and not joint, and neither party shall be liable or responsible for the acts of the other party.
  • The client has read and accepted all the terms and conditions before making the payment to AIMLAY. 

“AIMLAY” Follows Through on Confidentiality Agreement 

  1. All written and oral information and materials disclosed or provided by “AIMLAY” to the Recipients under this Agreement constitute confidential information. 
  2. Confidential Information means all data and information relating to the service offered by “AIMLAY” as well as all data and information provided by the customer, including but not limited to the following: customer information, which includes names of customers of “AIMLAY,”  their representatives, all customer contact information, contracts and their contents and parties, customer services, data provided by customers, and the type, quantity, and specifications of products and services purchased, leased, licensed, or received by customers of “AIMLAY.” 
  3. The confidential information will remain the exclusive property of “AIMLAY” and will only be used by the recipient for the permitted purpose. The recipient will not use the confidential information for any purpose that might be directly or indirectly detrimental to “AIMLAY” or any associated affiliates or subsidiaries. 

“AIMLAY” ensures 90% plagiarism-free content delivery for all write-up work through Turnitin software for all the research and writing services subjected to the opted service category mentioned as per the proposal or invoice. 

Review Policy: 

  1. We promise to provide a review of the delivered research work as per the proposal or invoice and ensure that the work is modified according to your requirements. Reviews will be calculated as per the proposal or invoice. 
  2. The number of reviews is entitled to the customer; however, if the customer requires more reviews, then the customer has to share the “comments” with AIMLAY, and these extra reviews will be chargeable. 
  3. If the paper’s or research paper’s word count is changed, altered, or added by more than 10% of the total word count as agreed between the parties, then the client shall separately pay for the changes, alterations, or additions.  

Time Period: 

  1. The work period shall be calculated after receiving the first input or feedback from the customer. 
  2. If the customer does not provide the inputs on time, it will cost according to AIMLAY standards, as the workmen may be assigned to other project if the customer does not provide inputs on time. 
  3. The dates given in the proposal shall include only the working days; holidays mentioned in the official Gazette of India or national holidays shall not be counted in the working days. 
  4. For research work, the customer has to provide us with his or her feedback within thirty days after the delivery of the work or draft. In case the customer fails to provide us with any response or feedback within the stipulated time period, then it will be considered that the work or draft is accepted by the customer. Furthermore, AIMLAY may, at its sole discretion, extend the stipulated period to fifteen days. No more grace periods shall be allowed under any circumstances. 
  5. Once the client has given approval for work, the changes cannot be made again. in case the client needs rework and/or changes to the approved work. He must pay an additional fee for the aforementioned work. 

Payment and Service Delivery: 

  1. We agreed to accept the payment in multiple slots as per the proposal/invoice; against each transaction, “AIMLAY” has to provide the receipt of payment. 
  2. The customer must pay the advance amount in order to begin the agreed-upon work as per the proposal or invoice. 
  3. The client may be asked to donate the remaining dues amount to the trust for the welfare of society and betterment of education system.
  4. The final work delivery will be done once the customer clears all the due payments. 
  5. The company shall only be liable to initiate work after receiving 45% of the total amount. The contract shall be executed on the day the company receives 45% of the total amount. (Only applicable for orders of Rs. 1 lakh or more.) 

Refund Policy: We recommend that customers receive a full refund on research and writing services if they meet the requirements of the “AIMLAY” return policy, which are as follows: 

  1. If the customer has given his approval to the delivered research work but his/her supervisor has reservations about approving it, the commercial will not be reverted or refunded. 
  2. If our team is not able to meet your expectations, which are shared on the proposal or invoice as per specification, words, and time, please write us at help@aimlay.com and specify the exact concern. In such cases, the delivered written work will be accessed by the “AIMLAY” team to identify the relevant category of the same. “AIMLAY” will decide and refund the money based on the category determined by the word count after deducting operations costs at its sole discretion. 
  3. If “AIMLAY” requires more time, then we will take your concern prior to delivery on or before the date mentioned on the proposal to get the extension for other specific days. 
  4. If timelines are affected due to any pandemic, natural disaster, or Act of God, it will not be considered a reason for any compensation, and the proposal will be in effect with the revised delivery date. 
  5. where “AIMLAY” has already paid the GST to the concerned authority, in such a case, “AIMLAY” shall not be liable to return the GST to the client. 
  6. For any hypothetical work, no claim of rework or refund shall be entertained with respect to the Result and Method section. 
  7. If the client decides to cancel the services due to “Personal Reasons,” “AIMLAY” shall not be liable for any reimbursement/refunds. 

Express Delivery: 

  1. The client has to pay 100% in advance in terms of express delivery. 
  2. The review will be considered after the completion of delivery; amendments, corrections, and reviews may affect the time period for delivery of work. 
  3. The other terms and conditions will be as applicable. 

If the customer has taken services that are below the standard of AIMLAY’s category suggestions and the university’s NAAC rating by UGC, this is annexed as “Annexure A.”AIMLAY will not be responsible for any rejection and/or correction of the services availed by the customer. The corrections will be charged extra as per AIMLAY’s norms. 

Additional cost: 

  1. The customer should verify the services availed at the time of acceptance of the proposal. AIMLAY shall only be responsible for providing the services mentioned in the proposal; no additional services will be provided by AIMLAY without additional cost. 
  2. The limit of “word/unit” beyond the agreed terms will also be charged as per AIMLAY’s norms. 
  3. Once the communication of input (including any number of points) by the client to our team is considered “absolute input, “Absolute Input” and, no changes shall be acceptable. If the client changes the absolute input communicated to our team, it will “cost extra” and/or be considered a “separate review.” 

During this period, customers will provide their full support to finish the work. If there is any delay on the customer’s side, the company shall not be liable for any losses or claims, and the customer shall not be entitled to claim a refund. 

Governing Law: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to an arbitrator appointed by AIMLAY. The arbitration will be held in Rohini. The language of the arbitration shall be English. 

  

The client has read and accepted all the terms and conditions before making the payment to AIMLAY. 

Book Publication  

The author of the book hereby agrees to the following terms: 

  1. The author is submitting the manuscript of the book(s) to Aimlay for the purposes of approval, printing, distribution, and promotion. 
  2. Aimlay will conduct peer review of the proposed material with its experts for further publication. 
  3. The author assures that his or her work is original and has not been used in any other literature written by someone else. In case the book is found to be plagiarized, Aimlay will have the right to withdraw the book at any time. The authors assure that their book is not related to the following exceptions:
    1. Plagiarized or copied content 
    2. Anti-government content 
    3. Allegations for organizations and communities 
  4. The author will be able to make changes to his or her book until he or she has approved it to be published. 
  5. The author must carefully check the final proofs before approving them for publication. 
  6. If the author wants changes in the book after it is printed, additional charges will be applicable. 
  7. Minor changes are allowed on the cover design, and the cover design is made from the suggestions if they were initially sent by the author. 
  8. The author can also separately promote and advertise the book to increase sales. 

Article Publication 

  1. The present submission is made only to this journal and has not been submitted elsewhere. 
  2. This manuscript includes no material drawn from other published or copyrighted sources. 
  3. Proper acknowledgement and citation are made. 
  4. Take full responsibility for any errors or omissions. 
  5. I fully understand that any false submissions could render the relationship with us void at any point of the review process. 
  6. Undertake not to submit the script elsewhere, whether in India or abroad. 

Author’s Responsibilities 

  1. The author(s) are fully responsible for providing authentic information and taking the best possible care of copyright matters.
  2. The author(s) should obtain due permission before directly reusing third-party data, if any, in their manuscript. 
  3. Corrections on the proof should be minimal and normally restricted to printer’s errors. No change in the names of the authors is permissible at the proof stage. If there are valid reasons, please share them with the editor. 
  4. The author has perused and acknowledges the contents of the terms and conditions.

Publication Charges  

  1. Charges: The author(s) agree to pay a processing and publication fee. The total page charges, to be paid by the concerned author(s), will be notified by Aimlay.
  2. Reprints: The corresponding author will receive a PDF of the published paper via email. 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

In case any dispute arises between the parties in respect of the services as mentioned herein, the Rohini Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain the said suits or proceedings.

  1. No inquiries or concerns shall be entertained subsequent to the journal’s publication, once a period of 90 days has transpired from the publication date.
  2. The client may be asked to donate the remaining dues amount to the trust for the welfare of society and betterment of education system
  3. Once the publication process is initiated, we are not liable for refunds or other changes subject to other journal-related matters.
  1. The package for biography is divided into four categories: 
    1. Basic Package: a biography of 15-20 pages (extra charges are applicable as per customer requirement). 
    2. Legacy Package: an 80–90-page biography and a five-minute videography (extra charges may apply depending on customer requirements). 
    3. Hero Package: a biography of 80–90 pages, a videography of five minutes, and an honorary doctorate (extra charges applicable as per customer requirement). 
    4. Megas Star Package: a biography of 80–90 pages, a videography of five minutes, an honorary doctorate, and a 6-minute interview arranged on a selected national news channel (extra charges applicable as per customer requirement). 
  2. The price mentioned is inclusive of all taxes. 
  3. The quotation is valid for seven days only. 
  4. Three reviews are available. If any candidate seeks more reviews, extra charges are applicable for every review. 
  5. The duration varies according to the biography package. 
  6. Lifography is to be completed before the initiation of videography. 
  7. A full draft of the videography is to be shared with the customer for approval. 

 

ADDON 

Add – on will be available as per the agreement proposal. 

  

PAYMENT TERMS 

  1. 50 percent of the total cost of the project will be transferred as an advance. 
  2. On completion of 50% of the project, the full and final payment will be transferred. 

 

APPROVAL 

  1. The first t of the lifogarphy are to be shared with the client after 25% completion of the total project, and a second draft is to be shared after 50% completion of the total project. 
  2. After the approval of the customer, no review can be used for previous work. 
  3. After approval of the complete project, the final copy is to be shared with the customer with a cover and complete formatting.
