Bachelor of Engineering: BE Duration

Bachelor of engineering duration is 4 years graduation degree with 8 semesters, it is similar to Bachelor of Technology or B.Tech degree. For Lateral BE admission, BE duration is 3 years, the individuals directly get admission into the second year. Bachelor of Engineering duration is similar for every college and university 

Bachelor of Engineering: Eligibility Criteria

  • To be eligible for Bachelor of Engineering, an individual has to complete higher secondary in science stream with 75% under recognized board.  
  • An individual must have studied the science stream subjects: Physics, mathematics, Chemistry are the mandatory subjects.  
  • Individuals should clear the national or state level entrance exams.  
  • Individuals should be 17 years old and not more than 24 years old.  
  • JEE mains and advance is the key step become an engineer in India.

  4. Prepare for the entrance exam conducted at national level or state level or university specific.   
  5. Based on entrance exam scores, a cutoff is released, and merit list is prepared, and individual must participate in the counselling process  
  6. An individual is allocated seat based on the entrance exam cutoff and merit list
