You can find conference papers by searching for them on Google Scholar. You can also search the web using the following terms: 

-‘conference paper’ + ‘year’ + ‘author name’ (For example, conference paper 2017 Smith). 

-Search for a conference that is relevant to your topic and then look at who presented at it.
