Salary :  Upto 4 LPA

Job Responsibilities  :

  1. Interact with customers and make follow-up calls in order to collect the amounts due and Upselling.
  2. Building and maintaining a relationship with the existing clients.
  3. Revenue Generations and maximization.
  4. Engage, Retain and Upsell existing customer accounts by delivering great customer experiences.
  5. Call existing customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs and create a customer supplier relationship.
  6. Timely payment & collections from the customers
  7. Interaction with customers Emails & over the phone.
  8. Process payments and refunds
  9. Increasing the company’s sales by upselling its services.
  10. Resolve billing and customer credit issues
  11. Update account status records and collection efforts
  12. Updating the existing customers on the ongoing projects.
  13. Coordinating with Sales Team & Accounts Team regularly with regards to payment and work status.


Required Candidate profile :

  1. A candidate from B2B & B2C experience is preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a CRM Executive/Sr. Executive, BDM, Customer Success or Collection Specialist role
  3. Team handling experience is a plus point.
  4. Knowledge of collection techniques
  5. Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
  6. Patience and ability to manage stress
  7. Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  8. Skilled in negotiation
  9. Problem-solving skills
  10. Bachelor’s degree
